Easy Mint Chocolate Cake

Mint Chocolate Cake is super moist with swirls of white and mint cake and chocolate flecks, topped with hot fudge and minty Cool Whip.  Easy, impressive festive cake for the holidays or special occasions.

– white cake mix – milk – sour cream – oil – egg whites – vanilla extract – chopped chocolate – creme de menthe syrup – green food coloring – hot fudge sauce – Cool Whip – Andes mints

Ingredients

Mix cake mix, milk, sour cream, oil, egg whites, and vanilla.  Fold in chocolate. 

Divide batter in 1/2. Add creme de menthe syrup and food coloring to 1/2.

Drop alternating scoops of batter into pan. Swirl with a knife. 

Bake and completely cool the cake. 

Evenly spread hot fudge sauce over the cake. 

Combine Cool Whip and creme de menthe syrup. 

Spread the Cool Whip over the cake. Top with Andes and chopped chocolate.
