Paula Deen Sweet Potato Casserole

Paula Deen's Sweet Potato Casserole is a decadent Easter side dish with creamy sweet potatoes and a brown sugar pecan topping.  Perfect side for a turkey or ham holiday dinner. 

– Sweet potatoes – Sugar – Cinnamon – Nutmeg – Butter – Eggs – Vanilla extract – Heavy cream, half and half. or whole milk – Brown sugar – Flour – Pecans or walnuts


Mix mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, spices, butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Add cream.

Pour into baking dish. 

Combine butter, brown sugar, flour, and pecans. 

Sprinkle mixture over sweet potatoes. Bake until the center is set. 

Serve and enjoy!
