Crock Pot Chicken Chili is a hearty, comforting dish that takes just 10 minutes to throw together. This rich and flavorful crock pot chili is filled with juicy white chicken, black beans, black-eyed peas, chili beans, hominy, and green chilis, in a warm and zesty tomato sauce.

Chicken breasts Black beans Black eyed peas Spicy chili beans Hominy Diced tomatoes Green chilis Chili powder Garlic powder Cumin Tomato paste


Place chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker. 

Drain and rinse beans. Add beans and all remaining ingredients to the slow cooker. 

Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. 

Add 1 can of tomatoes and 1 can of tomato paste. Stir and cook for 1 more hour. 

Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and green onions.
