Slow Cooker Baked Beans with Ham

This Slow Cooker Baked Beans with Ham recipe starts with canned beans that simmer in a chipotle Jack Daniels, molasses sauce.  Perfect way to use your leftover ham!

– Brown sugar – Tomato sauce – Molasses – Honey – Apple cider vinegar – Dijon mustard – Bourbon – Chipotle peppers – Adobo sauce – Onion – Garlic – Various beans – Meaty ham bone


Place ham bone in slow cooker. 

Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over ham bone.

Cook on high for 3 hrs or low for 5 hrs.  Remove ham bone, cut meat off the bone and stir it into the beans. 

Cook on high for 2 more hours or low for 3 more hours.  Serve and enjoy!
