Cranberry almond coconut macaroons with sweetened condensed milk, coconut, cranberries, almonds, and white chocolate are an easy one-bowl cookie recipe.  Delicious Christmas cookie or anytime treat.

Coconut Sweetened condensed milk Vanilla Dried cranberries Sliced almonds White chocolate chips Coconut oil


Stir coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla together in a bowl. 

Add cranberries, almonds, and white chocolate chips. Chill for an hour. Scoop onto baking sheet. 

Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool. 

Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in microwave. Drizzle over the macaroons. 

Serve and enjoy!
