Corn Mayo Sour cream Cotija (or feta) cheese Chili powder Garlic powder Lime juice Green onions Parsley (or cilantro) Fritos

Place corn, mayo, sour cream, cotija, chili powder, garlic powder, lime juice, green onions, and parsley in a bowl. 

Stir until ingredients are completely combined. 

Spoon mixture into cups, layering with Fritos -- like a parfait. Start with a layer of Fritos. 

Then a layer of the corn mixture. 

Then Fritos.  (Can you guess what's next ?)


Top with more Fritos, cheese, parsley, green onion, and a sprinkle of chili powder.
