Coconut Macaroons Recipe

Chewy coconut macaroons are golden brown and crispy outside, soft and chewy inside.  So easy to make -- you just need one bowl and 5 simple ingredients. Here's how to make macaroons.

– Egg whites  – Vanilla extract – Salt – Sweetened coconut – Sweetened condensed milk


Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Whisk in vanilla and salt. 

Fold egg whites into coconut and sweetened condensed milk. 

Scoop mixture onto baking sheet. Bake until golden brown.
