Chocolate macaroons with sweetened condensed milk, coconut, and three kinds of chocolate are super easy to make for the holidays or any day a chocolate craving strikes. 

Coconut Sweetened condensed milk Vanilla Cocoa powder Mini chocolate chips White chocolate chips Coconut oil


Stir the coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, cocoa powder, and mini chocolate chips together. 

Chill the dough in the refrigerator for up to an hour. This keeps the cookies from spreading during baking. 

Scoop the dough onto a prepared baking sheet and bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. 

Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave. Drizzle over the cookies. Sprinkle with more mini chocolate chips.
