Chocolate Cinnamon Cruffins

Chocolate Cinnamon Cruffins are soft, flaky pastries made with crescent rolls, cinnamon brown sugar, and chocolate chips rolled up like a muffin. Delicious plain or glopped with soft cinnamon roll frosting.

– Canned crescent rolls – Butter – Cocoa powder – Brown sugar – Cinnamon – Mini chocolate chips – Powdered sugar – Butter – Vanilla – Milk

Ingredients

Stir butter and cocoa powder together.  Spread evenly over the  crescent dough sheets. 

Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and chocolate chips. Sprinkle over the butter mixture. 

Roll up the dough from the long end. 

Cut each roll into two logs. Cut each log in half lengthwise. 

Roll each portion around your finger, cut side up, and shape it into a roll. Place in muffin pan. 

Place in muffin pan. 

Bake until golden brown. 

Combine frosting ingredients. Spoon over warm cruffins.
