Buffalo Chicken Dip is gooey, spicy, and tastes indulgent. But there’s no cream cheese or bottled dressing.  Just creamy hummus, Greek yogurt blue cheese, spicy chicken, and co-jack cheese.

Ingredients

Process beans, tahini, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt and pepper in food processor. 

Spread the hummus on the bottom of a small casserole dish or 3 qt. crock pot. 

Mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, and blue cheese crumbles. Spread over bean layer. 

Mix chicken and buffalo sauce together. Place over the blue cheese layer. 

Top with shredded co-jack cheese. 

Heat in crock pot on high 1-2 hours or oven at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Did you know you can also put a casserole dish in your crock pot? 

Top with a drizzle of buffalo sauce, sliced green onions, and more blue cheese crumbles. 

Serve with chips, pretzels, sliced vegetables, and even fruit  -- my favorite is sliced apples.
