BIG, FAT, THICK OATMEAL CRAISIN COOKIES

INGREDIENTS

Cream the butter and sugars. 

Mix in eggs and vanilla.

Sift in the dry ingredients and mix. 

Mix in the oatmeal, craisins, and chocolate chips. 

Scoop cookie dough -- about the size of a baseball!

Place four scoops on a baking sheet

Bake at 420, 9-11 minutes, until tops are golden. 

Let cool on wire rack. 15 minutes if you like 'em gooey!

For an hour if you like 'em chewy.
