Browned Butter Peanut Butter Cookies

Browned Butter Peanut Butter Cookies are the best peanut butter cookies ever. Soft and chewy and loaded with nutty flavor from creamy peanut butter and luscious browned butter.

– Butter – Granulated sugar – Brown sugar – Egg – Peanut butter – Vanilla extract – Flour – Baking soda – Salt – Flaky sea salt

Melt and cook butter until foamy. Remove from heat when brown flecks appear. Cool to room temperature.

Beat butter and sugars together.

Mix in egg, peanut butter, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Chill.

Scoop dough into balls. Flatten into 3/4-inch pucks. Top with flaky sea salt.

Bake until the edges are just set and the centers are soft.
