Apple Pie with Graham Cracker Crust

Apple pie with  graham cracker crust  is sure to become your new favorite fall pie.  It comes together with gooey homemade apple pie filling, sweet and salty streusel topping, and a thick buttery graham cracker crust

– Graham crackers – Butter – Spices – Fresh apples – Brown sugar – White sugar – Flour – Cornstarch – Pretzels


Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter, cinnamon, and salt. Press into pan. Bake.

Brush with beaten egg white. Bake and cool..

Melt butter in skillet. Add apples and cook. Add flour and spices. Stir and cook until tender.

Add cornstarch and sugar. Cook until thickened. Add vanilla and lemon juice. Cool. Spoon into crust.

Combine flour, crushed pretzels, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Sprinkle over pie filling.

Bake until the topping is brown and the filling is bubbly.
