Pink Lady apples White cheddar cheese Pancetta

Place a cheese stick on top of an apple slice. Wrap a piece of pancetta around the apple and cheese.

Place the pancetta bundle seam-side down on grill pan or non-stick skillet.

Fry until golden brown. Serve & enjoy!
