• Bacon • Ground beef • Onion • Green onions • Tomato sauce • Tomato paste • Dijon mustard • Worcestershire sauce • Garlic powder • Cayenne pepper • Salt & pepper • Pepper jack cheese • Sweet potato tater tots

Fry the bacon until crispy. Set aside. Reserve 2 tbsp of bacon drippings in the pan. 

Brown ground beef and onion in the bacon fat. Drain. 

Add green onions, tomato sauce and paste, Dijon, Worcestershire, garlic, cayenne, salt, and pepper. 

Simmer for 5-10 minutes or until thickened. 

Add 1/2 of the bacon. 

Top with cheese. 

Add sweet potato tater tots. Bake 30 min. 

Add MORE cheese. Bake 15-20 min. 

Top with bacon and sliced green onions.
