Dressing Ingredients

Add dressing ingredients to food processor or blender.

Process until smooth and creamy. 

Assemble the salad. Start with romaine and spinach. 

Then wild rice. Focus on the outer edges, filling in the center with lettuce, if needed. 

Add the chopped apples. Toss them in orange juice so they will stay fresh overnight. 

Next, the halved grapes. You can use red, green, or a combo. 

Dried cranberries and chopped walnuts add texture and crunch. 

Add the sliced green onions. 

Spread the dressing evenly across the top. 

Crumble the feta and bacon over the top. 

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
